Look out for different bird species, hartebeests, elephants, Cape buffalos, Rothschild’s giraffes, waterbucks, Oribis, bushbucks, bohor reed bucks, hyenas and probably lions. After lunch, a three-hour boat trip along the Nile River gives you the chance to see Murchison Falls from below. Hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, and aquatic birds can be seen along the shores of the river.

You will disembark from the boat at the bottom of the falls to take a hike to the top of Murchison Falls. Here you’ll have impressive views of the falls at the spot where the Nile is forced through a 23-foot wide gap in the rocks and drops 145 feet over the escarpment.
